Jim Snow received his BS in Management from Kansas State University and received his Business Coaching Certification from Trusted Advisors Coaching Academy. He has an extensive operational and sales background and is an expert in customer service and loyalty.

Jim has had a distinguished career as a turnaround and growth executive. He was CEO of Golds Gym, the largest full-service franchise health and fitness organization with over 500 locations in 40 states and 30 countries. Jim doubled the size of the owned operations in 3 years and completed over $100m in acquisitions while managing a $200m licensing operation. He was also CEO of Private Equity Performance Group, a consultancy working with Private Equity Firms. Jim was President of NYLO Hotels, a small chain of upscale Lifestyle Hotels.

Jim spent 20+ years in Hospitality and is an expert hotelier in sales and operations. He served as a Regional Vice President of Operations, Managing Director, and four-time General Manager of AAA Four and Five Diamond properties. Segments include convention complexes to luxury Five Diamond properties, airport to downtown hotels, to overseeing resort properties in Mexico. He was awarded GM of the year two times and has won multiple sales and marketing awards. Jim has been President or Board Member of more than a dozen CVBs, Chambers, and leadership organizations across the country.
